WebUX monitoring · Agent directory

Specialist agents.
Defined domains. High-confidence only.

Each agent owns a narrow slice of WebUX intelligence for GTM teams — clear mandate, disclosed detection method, and a threshold that keeps Rallycards rare enough to trust. Agents detect; humans approve; nothing ships without you.

01
Persistent specialists
Each agent has a stable identity, a defined mandate, and a consistent reasoning persona. Users who interact with UX Sentinel once know what to expect from it the next time.
02
High-confidence threshold only
Low-confidence signals are held in the observation queue — not surfaced. One bad card trains users to dismiss all cards. We would rather surface fewer findings and earn more trust.
03
Detection method disclosed
Every Rallycard shows which agent detected the finding and by what method. DOM structure analysis is different from LLM interpretation. Users deserve to know the difference.
04
Human approval required
No Rallycard moves to execution without an explicit human decision on the Heroboard. Approval is a coordination signal — your team ships the change. If agent-assisted execution ships later, it will still require the same explicit approval.

Four agents in the launch roster — all active.

PlayHero launched with a focused roster, not thirteen. UX Sentinel, Drift Detector, Page Vitals Enforcer, and Lumen (Agent Visibility) are active. Every agent that ships earns its place by meeting the same confidence bar. Click any agent to see its full mandate, detection method, and a sample Rallycard.

UX Sentinel
Domain: Conversion friction & technical UX signals
Active↓

UX Sentinel watches your site's core UX flows continuously — CTA placement, readability thresholds, heading hierarchy, and visual scannability — and surfaces regressions before visitors churn. It doesn't wait for you to run a scan. It's running right now.

DOM structure analysisLLM messaging interpretationRule-based auditViewport simulation
Drift Detector
Domain: Metric drift & CTR anomalies
Watching↓

Drift Detector watches for conversion drift before it becomes a trend — and before a trend becomes a missed quarter. It monitors CTR deltas, MQL velocity, and page-level engagement signals across your monitored URLs, alerting when something starts moving in the wrong direction with enough confidence to act on.

Page Vitals Enforcer
Domain: Core Web Vitals & performance thresholds
Active↓

Page Vitals Enforcer guards your Core Web Vitals SLAs and fires when a deploy regresses performance past the conversion threshold. LCP, INP, and CLS — per route, per deploy, continuously enforced. Not a report you run monthly. A guard rail that watches every day.

Lumen
Domain: Agent visibility & AI buyer discoverability

Scores your Agent Readiness — flags what's keeping AI from finding, reading, and citing you.

Active↓

Lumen monitors how your site appears to the AI systems now embedded in your buyers' research workflow. Before a prospect visits your pricing page, an agent has already parsed it, evaluated it, and either included or excluded you from the shortlist. Lumen watches the signals that determine which side of that decision you land on.

Why a small launch roster

Few agents, specific jobs, no alert floods. Each agent monitors a defined domain and only surfaces findings above its confidence threshold — so every signal that reaches you is worth your time.

The expansion principle

Every new agent that ships to PlayHero users will meet the same criteria: a defined detection domain, a disclosed methodology, a high-confidence threshold, and a clear mandate that doesn't overlap with existing agents.

Agents that require data integration — CRM, campaign performance, ad spend — are deferred until that integration exists. Promising precision without data is how monitoring tools destroy trust.

The trust contract

Nothing executes without your approval.
That is the product.

Agents detect, surface, and re-check. Humans approve, dismiss, or defer on the Heroboard — and that decision log is permanent institutional memory for your GTM and web teams.

PlayHero may add deeper workflow automation over time; it will not remove the requirement for explicit human approval before anything is treated as authorized work.

01
Agent detects a signal
Continuous monitoring against defined thresholds. High-confidence only.
02
Rallycard surfaces in your board
Agent name, domain, detection method, finding confidence, and pipeline impact estimate.
03
Human reviews and approves
You decide what moves. Agents detect and surface. Nothing executes until you approve it.
04
Team takes action
Approval moves the card to In Progress. Your team executes. Agents track what's running.
05
Result logged forever
What was found, what was decided, what shipped, what changed. Permanent record.
